SAE Amman recognizes that recent events in the Middle East can impact your education and ability to study in a safe environment. These same events emphasize the importance of journalism, social media and digital technology, and the role they will play as governments in the region liberalize the media industries, creating jobs and business opportunities for highly trained young people.
As a specialist training institute we are pleased to offer our Arab cousins the opportunity to come to Jordan for one year and study for an International Diploma in Digital Journalism or an International Diploma in Game Design, or an International Diploma in Multimedia. All of these vocational training programs will give you the skills to work in industries that are going to boom in the Middle East.
Arab students from outside Jordan are eligible to receive a 30% rebate on tuition fees which they can use towards their living and housing costs while they study in Jordan. We'll even help you find somewhere to live and get settled.

Digital Journalism
Digital Journalism is the craft of one properly trained professional using digital video camera to tell stories in a more immediate, more intimate fashion that can be achieved using a larger team with a cameraman, sound person, interviewer, and producer.
In the field the digital journalist shoots, records sound, produces, reports and interviews. Once back from the field the digital journalist writes the script, edits the material, narrates the piece and delivers it to broadcasters or uploads it for worldwide dissemination.
Is this for me? If you’re the independent kind of person, who likes to go at it alone and uncover your own stories, this course is for you.
Multimedia
As the world of media and communication moves quickly and changes constantly, a tremendous need has emerged to develop new and better techniques to communicate effectively across different platforms from print, sound, vision, to digital media. Everyone speaks one language: the Visual Language.
From designing a simple logo to making and publishing a fully interactive website, we cover a whole range of topics including: photo editing and enhancement, digital illustration, logo design, corporate identity, desktop publishing, web design and video/audio editing alongside DVD authoring and visual effects.
So is this for me? If you are talented, creative and energetic and want to start a career in the creative field then pack your best ideas and hop on board. It's a wild ride!
Game Design
Behind the flash visuals and slick programming for today's games lies the design work of the "Visionaries:. It is the core design elements of strategy and interaction which hold the interest of the player to the long lasting success of a game title.
Game Design is an industry that has come a long way. In 1981 it generated 1.5 billion Dollars, 2009 it was up to 60.4 billion and still on the increase year after year. The future of the entire MENA region will rely heavily on this industry in the coming years.
Effective design is culmination of many factors, yet those who excel in this field are well versed in all aspect of the game.
So is this for me? If you’re a game player and have the creativity and vision to come up with the next game which players will get addicted to then this is for you.
