2 YEAR PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA - Digital Film & TV 

(This is also the second year of the 2 year Jordanian Diploma)

This higher diploma signifies to employers that you have advanced, more diverse skills and a stronger portfolio of projects under your belt. In addition to covering all the subjects and projects in the ONE YEAR INTERNATIONAL DIPLOMA, you’ll complete a wide range of progressively more complex projects including:

• making a feature or long length or ensemble film
• developing an 8 part web TV series
• shooting a 42 minute TV pilot for broadcast or cable TV
• taking a group trip to an international film festival and film funding market to learn the tricks of film financing
• Get extra post-production skills in Audio mixing and Adobe After Affects / Motion

Choose from one of 4 specialisations

• Producing (including Film budgeting, planning, scheduling, production management, distribution & marketing)
• Screenwriting (key areas from TV drama to feature films)
• Directing (concentrate on long form drama and shaping content for online delivery)
• Editing (more than using the software, go deeper to explore the meaning of each cut and find your unique style)

Entry Requirements

Tawjihi is not required unless you are taking the Jordanian Diploma pathway and want to go to a Jordanian University.

All classes are in English. Students need good written and spoken English skills.

Diploma Duration

2 years  (5 days or nights a week. Each class is for 3 hours). The first year of this diploma is the 1 Year International Diploma.

Graduates can get substantial credit towards a BA (Hons) degree from Middlesex University in the UK and complete the degree through SAE International.
